The team of 'Leading Change for a Sustainable World' from Initiatives of Change (IofC) is partnering with Indian Youth Climate Network, 350.org, ONergy, Switch ON and EnvirohealthMatters for conducting a three day workshop on 'Agents for a Sustainable Future' in Lakshmikantapur, West Bengal from 25th May to 27th May, 2012.

The workshop is intended to serve as an opportunity for young people concerned about how environmental challenges can be met through social and economic means. The space would enable them to strengthen their work and help identify their true passions by learning to seek guidance from an inner light of wisdom. The workshop will facilitate healthy exchange and thus, building capacity to work as a collective community.

The workshop will hold sessions on various topics such as Climate change and its impacts, Forests and Biodiversity, Renewable energy, Waste management, Personal transformation & leadership.

*The 3rd day of the workshop (27th May, 2012) will have a tour to Crocodile Park in Sunderbans.
