How to start an IYCN chapter ?
In a year, a chapter in a new location can be started either in February or in September.
IYCN has started the year 2011 with 19 chapters in February. Next turn to start the chapter will be in September. From now till September, if you wish to start a chapter, you may get in touch with us and use this time to do preparations to launch the chapter.
To be able to start a chapter, a few basic requirements need to be specified such as objective of the chapter, minimum team size, environmental theme(s) chosen to work upon, locally available guidance on the theme, and some initial funding available. (pls note IYCN is not a funding agency).
